01 / The check
What is the check?
It is a review of the public points of your business. After a quick fit review, you see a mini preview, three observations and one next step on a call.
What details do I need to leave?
Name, business and town, phone or WhatsApp, the issue you recognise and a public link if one exists. No credentials or private material.
Does the request guarantee the check or preview?
No. First I verify that the business is genuine, enough information exists and the check may be useful.
Is the check an application?
No. It is a request for a check. It does not provide automatic access to services or later proposals.
02 / Timing
When will you get back to me?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
What if I send the request at the weekend?
I get back to you by the end of the next business day.
Does the preview arrive within one business day?
No. The reply arrives within one business day. The mini preview is prepared after the fit review and shown on the call.
When does the call take place?
We agree on a date when I reply. The website does not promise a preparation time until the process has been measured.
03 / Word of mouth
We rely on word of mouth. Why check online?
Word of mouth remains a strength. The check looks at what someone finds after hearing your name and whether those signals confirm the trust.
We already have enough work. What is the point?
The check does not begin with a promise of more volume. It looks at clarity, contact and continuity for the people arriving today.
Are you saying we are losing customers?
No. That cannot be concluded without data. The check identifies signals and a possible priority, not a certain loss.
04 / Existing website
Someone already handles this for us.
You do not have to replace them. The check starts from what works and only points out a possible gap.
Do I have to rebuild the website?
No. The decisions are keep, correct or add. Rebuilding is only a possibility if a real gap emerges.
Will you contact my supplier?
No. Any external involvement would require your explicit decision.
05 / Evidence and limits
Do you already have results from the Presenza Attiva Method?
No method results are published because no verified case is currently available. The real project shown only demonstrates website planning and development.
Does the mini preview prove the solution will work?
No. It shows a proposed direction. It does not demonstrate commercial results.
Do you guarantee more customers, reviews or Google rankings?
No. The check does not guarantee leads, sales, reviews, Google rankings or revenue.
What if you do not see a useful improvement?
I tell you and the check can stop there.
06 / Data and contacts
Why is a phone or WhatsApp number required?
The process includes a direct reply before the call. The number does not authorise campaigns or messages unrelated to the request.
Can I leave a social profile instead of a website?
Yes, if it is public and useful for identifying the business. Do not share credentials.
Do you use form data in analytics?
Not in the current local build: tracking for the new path has not been implemented. The future specification only allows aggregate events after consent and without personal data.
Where can I read about data processing?
In the Privacy Policy. The final wording will be aligned with the actual endpoint before the form is published.
